Design for 12 apartments and 8 cottages, specifically designed for those of retirement age. The scheme has been designed in an Arts & Crafts style, in keeping with the local architectural language. Great care and attention has been given to architectural detailing and the choice of quality materials from a pallet common throughout the area.
