A unique house located on the River Avon in Christchurch, Dorset. We worked closely with the client designing and overseeing extensive alterations and additions to this historical building in a conservation area, on a very challenging site. The result is a modern, yet sympathetic dwelling, making full use of natural light and maximising the available space. Soon after completion, well known property publication 'Real Homes Magazine' devoted a six page feature to Town Bridge House.
