Another planning permission granted for a DJA apartments. This traditional style block of 5 apartments is located on a heavily treed and sloping site in leafy Broadstone, Poole.
We had to overcome challenging tree constraints and site levels resulting in an innovative design approach to unlock the site’s true value. Sympathetically designed; the traditional styling of the proposal complements the surrounding architectural character, with care being taken to retain the existing landscaped grounds on the site and the majority of trees.
