Recently approved, our design for this contemporary rural residence located near Swanage, Dorset. Designed by Alex Watts at DJA, the scheme was positively received by the Planning Officer – in contrast to the three previously refused proposals by other Architects.
Working closely with Chapman Lily Planning, Alex ensured this design addressed all previous concerns whilst fulfilling the clients brief for an ergonomic, family home.
