Together with Sylvan Sonata, Balcombe Breeze won the ‘Development of the Year (residential-small) category at the South Coast Property Awards 2018, and was also put forward as a Regional Finalist in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2018, in the best New Small Housing Development category. DJA undertook the design & planning, interior architecture and technical design for this project, for MC Property Ventures.
