DJA’s design for a contemporary apartment block comprising 47 one and two bed apartments, a ground floor commercial unit, and undercroft parking. Nestled in the thriving centre of Poole, these compact apartments are thoughtfully designed for ergonomic, modern living, with the benefit of a communal roof garden and sunroom. Elements of decorative brickwork, raised aluminium window surrounds and louvres all add a sense of depth and rhythm to each façade, resulting in a design that leaves a positive impact on the area without dominating the street scene.
