David James Architects have designed this scheme, recently completed, consisting of a block of 3 apartments, 2 four bedroom detached houses and a refurb of the existing property. DJA undertook the design & planning, and building regulation drawings for this project, for West Coast Developments.
Located in the sought after area of Evening Hill in Poole, the scheme has been thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the fantastic views over Poole Harbour towards Brownsea Island, the Purbecks, and beyond. The houses and apartment block were designed to work with the varying site levels, and respect the neighbouring buildings in terms of scale and mass. The external finishes for the scheme include white render, timber, aluminium and stone cladding – materials specifically chosen to complement the existing surroundings.
