Concept for a retirement scheme located near the coast, comprising 38 apartments. The layout has been designed to maximise the internal facilities for the residents, as well as focusing on the external apearance; creating atractive and well-proportioned facades. The design incorporates varying roof heights, creating a significant reduction in bulk, which in turn reduces the impact on the street scene.
